About the role

Graduates will join a team of over 100 programme delivery professionals across the UK. As a Graduate Project Manager you will be engaged from day one, performing real projects, balancing time, cost and scope, interfacing with various support disciplines and communicating with customers and senior leadership. You will solve real‑life problems and directly contribute to business goals.

Candidate requirements
  • Minimum 2:2 undergraduate degree in Project Management, Business Management, STEM subject, or any degree with a focus on Project Management & Leadership (already achieved or to be completed by 7 September 2026)
  • Successful completion of the SC Security Clearance application.
  • Flexibility on location and ability to travel to UK facilities and overseas.
  • Excellent STEM skills demonstrated through academic achievement.
  • Passion for succeeding in a fast‑paced, technology industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships.
  • Full CV, including university and pre‑university grades, and a cover letter explaining why you are applying (the cover letter is mandatory).
