Position: Production Team Operative Nights / Days
Are you seeking an exciting NIGHTS / DAYS opportunity to join a dynamic production team?

We are seeking a Production Team Operative with a strong emphasis on dexterity, some forklift operation (training offered ) , manual handling capabilities, and computer skills.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the seamless and efficient production process within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate production machinery and equipment with precision and care, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- Utilise your dexterity and attention to detail to handle products accurately.
- Safely operate a forklift to transport materials (training given ) and products as needed, adhering to strict safety guidelines and procedures.
- Engage in manual handling tasks, including lifting and organising products, while maintaining safety and efficiency.
- Use computer systems to input data, manage inventory, and generate necessary reports.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
- Contribute proactively to problem-solving efforts to enhance production processes and outputs.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in a production or warehouse environment.
- Proficiency in operating a forklift a valid forklift licence an advantage but not necessary ( Flexi FL - As Training can be given )
- Strong manual handling skills.
- High level of dexterity and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills with familiarity in data entry and inventory management systems.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Hours are on : 4-ON / 4- OFF Cycle

Days _ 6am to 6pm _ & then

Nights _ 6pm _ 6am

Additional Generous Overtime offered on the in-between days as and when .
