Salary: £60,000.00 - £65,000 + bonus + car allowance
SummaryAre you a seasoned Quality Assurance professional ready to lead a high-performing team in a highly regulated manufacturing environment? We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to drive operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across quality systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of operational plans to ensure smooth QA function across all departments.
- Oversee compliance with internal quality systems and external regulatory standards.
- Manage internal audits, external inspections, and quality risk assessments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Develop and deliver training programmes to enhance quality awareness and staff competence.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimise quality outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Degree-qualified in a scientific discipline (e.g., microbiology, biology, biomedical sciences) or equivalent.
