This role supports the Marketplace Stock and Demand Manager in ensuring stock fulfilment across marketplace platforms, including Amazon, Tik Tok, and Walmart, in the UK, Europe, and North America
. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years’ experience in an order processing, ecommerce, fulfilment or a stock‑related role who wants to develop their skills in a fast‑paced FMCG environment within a growing ecommerce team.

, and wants hands‑on experience supporting ecommerce marketplace operations, stock planning and product launches.

As ecommerce executive, you will play a key part in ensuring marketplace channels have the right stock at the right time, helping to maximise sales while avoiding overstocks and aged inventory. You’ll work across UK, European and American marketplaces, supporting day‑to‑day fulfilment, reporting and product launch activity.

You’ll collaborate closely with Ecommerce, Operations, Supply Chain and IT to keep stock flowing, maintain accurate data and support the team’s global growth plans. If you enjoy structured tasks, ownership and working in a fast‑paced environment, you’ll thrive here.

• Ideally 1–2 years’ experience in ecommerce, merchandising, stock, order processing or demand planning looking to grow in ecommerce
• Someone analytical, organised and eager to learn
• Someone excited by marketplaces like Amazon, eBay or Walmart

• Manage Amazon Vendor Orders where required
• Support Amazon shipment creation, dispatch and tracking
• Monitor unfulfillable stock and escalates issues proactively
• Liaise with Operations to ensure smooth stock arrivals and fulfilment

• Support auto‑replenishment reviews and maintain clean data
• Update Amazon tracking information for full team visibility

• Assist with bundle creation and maintain bundle processes
• Support product launches across marketplaces

• Maintain clear communication around stock, shipments and marketplace updates
