The Role

Kick‑start your career in e‑commerce operations! As a Sales Operations Assistant, you’ll support the smooth running of marketplace fulfilment across platforms such as Amazon, Tik Tok, eBay and Walmart. You’ll be hands‑on with data, shipments, and reporting, helping the team deliver excellent customer availability while avoiding overstocks.

• Create and manage shipments in SAP and Amazon Seller Central
• Update dispatch notes and tracking information with accuracy
• Monitor stock issues and raise them proactively
• Support reporting, replenishment reviews, and data updates
• Assist with product launches and bundle creation
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Operations, IT and Supply Chain teams

• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation
• Experience with SAP or marketplace tools (Amazon Seller/Vendor Central) is useful but not essential
• A proactive, process‑driven mindset and passion for e‑commerce
