Our client is a leading supplier of Fire Safety and Security infrastructure. They are a respected company working on projects across the UK for a variety of commercial and public sector clients. The Sales Manager will be responsible for increasing the customer base of a well‑respected suite of products.
RoleThis role is hybrid remote, working from the Harlow offices 3 days a week. It includes a generous base salary, a car allowance, and other benefits.
As Sales Manager, you’ll lead business development efforts, foster strong client relationships, and identify new growth opportunities. You will oversee the estimation process, ensure accuracy, and spearhead strategic initiatives for market expansion. You will lead and mentor members of the sales and estimation teams, win tenders and new business.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications- Evaluate client requirements and devise tailored security solutions to meet their needs.
- Have prior knowledge of security systems, IRS, fire safety systems in the UK.
- Ideally, have prior knowledge of industry trends and best practices in communal infrastructure, security, and fire safety.
- Proven track record in sales and business development with solution‑oriented selling skills.
