Be among the first 25 applicants. We are looking for a Transport Co‑ordinator to join our Harlow team, working alongside the Home Delivery team.

Full‑time, permanent. 5 days a week on a rotation basis: one week of early shifts (starting at 05:00) followed by a week of late shifts (starting at 12:00). 40 hours per week.

• Be part of a team that is responsible for vehicle administration
• Manage customer service both internally and externally
• Support the transport operation in compliance with company processes
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports as requested in a timely manner

• Experience in logistics and an understanding of transport regulations and systems (Flexipod, Win Sight, Vision Telematics) desirable but not essential
• Excellent organisation, communication and customer service skills
• Solid understanding of IT systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Highly accurate, detail‑focused, with strong time management and task prioritisation to meet targets and SLAs
