Overview
We are working with an established freight forwarder who are looking to recruit a Sea Import Clerk.
Our client is looking for sea Import, start to finish experience as required for the role.
Responsibilities- Rates and Quotation Management
- Quoting clients
- Managing rates effectively.
- Booking shipments with overseas agents
- CDS Customs Clearance
- Delivery Coordination, booking deliveries and checking the arrivals of vessels.
- Client communication, keeping clients updated on bookings and arrivals.
- Completing Sales invoices and passing purchase invoices
- Documentation Management
- Obtaining releases from shipping lines and releasing to hauliers
- Use of Destin8 and CNS
Working hours:
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Salary depends on experience.
