We require Team Leaders & mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative/s within Harlow and surrounding areas. This is a mobile role and pick up/drop off can be arranged depending on your location.

• Experience of managing a small team.
• Working independently or within a small team.
• Must have commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience.
• Experience of using hand‑held power tools such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
• A valid driver’s licence is essential.

• Mobile round working on various multi‑site commercial properties: retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks and open spaces.
• Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites.
• Working within a small team.
• Customer service interaction is essential to ensure the client is happy with the works carried out.
• Vehicle checks.

Company van, mobile iPad are all provided.

A well‑established grounds maintenance organisation with a strong nationwide presence in the UK, offering training and development and rewarding hard work for staff. Full PPE, tools and equipment are supplied.

Permanent positions and other opportunities are available for the right candidates. £30k‑£40k based on 48hr per week pay through an annualised hours programme. (Overtime may be available at a premium rate but not guaranteed).
