Romford Salary: £22,500 plus uncapped commission £65,000 Rota - Monday - Saturday, set day off in the week rotation on Sundays 1 in 2 Our busy dealership in Romford is looking to recruit a driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our successful sales team. This role is ideal for an established automotive sales professional or someone from a similar high-value sales environment.

We are offering a competitive basic salary of £22,500 per annum, alongside an uncapped commission structure, with top performers earning in excess of £65,000 per year.

The Role Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a consistent, customer-focused sales experience. You will ensure every customer receives a full 360 sales journey, from initial enquiry through to negotiation and close.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering an exceptional customer experience across showroom, telephone, and online enquiries Managing enquiries effectively and guiding customers through the complete sales process Maximising dealership profitability while maintaining excellent customer relationships Accurately qualifying customer needs and recommending suitable products and services Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPI objectives
