Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a temporary (relief) assignment to cover a leave of absence. You will handle resident service requests, perform hands-on maintenance, and keep market-ready apartments. Daily duties include preventative tasks, grounds upkeep, and reporting concerns.
Shifts are Sunday-Thursday, 9 AM–6 PM, with overtime eligible for hourly roles. The starting pay is $25.80–$28.66 per hour, and candidates should have a high school diploma, relevant trades
