Corporate Tax Senior Manager

An established accounting firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients while leading and developing junior team members in a supportive and professional environment.

• Review and prepare corporation tax computations and returns (supported by an assistant team member)
• Handle complex tax computations
• Review and prepare tax reconciliations, account workings, and deferred tax provisions for statutory accounts
• Review quarterly tax instalment calculations
• Prepare and submit R&D claims (experience preferred), including third‑party liaison
• Submit employee share scheme documentation to tax authorities (various scheme types including annual returns and notifications)
• Manage tax authority enquiries
• Daily liaison with clients and tax authorities
• Monitor departmental workflow and coordinate with senior management
• Monthly WIP reviews and fee invoicing

• Primarily office‑based with ad hoc flexible working
• Modern office facilities with parking available
• Standard hours: 9:00-17:30 (1‑hour lunch break)
• Early finish on Fridays (16:30)
• Casual dress on Fridays
