Konker is working with a family-owned, award-winning architectural practice to recruit an Architectural Technologist. The RIBA-chartered practice specialises in luxury homes and residential extensions, with studios based in Harrogate and York.

The practice delivers high-quality residential refurbishments, bespoke new-build homes, and commercial architectural projects across Yorkshire and Northern England. As part of continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Architectural Technologist with a minimum of two years experience on residential projects to join their Harrogate office.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of work, including high-end residential, housing, conservation, and commercial projects.

The Position:
Architectural Technologist

• Producing technical drawings and providing design support
• Preparing detailed design and construction information
• Assisting project teams throughout all stages of a project
• Ensuring compliance with current Building Regulations and technical standards
• Applying a practical, structured approach to problem-solving, budgets, and deadlines
• Supporting planning and Building Regulations submissions for domestic and commercial projects
• Carrying out sit inspections and managing projects, subject to experience
