- experience in a systems/ operations engineering role - strong leadership abilities, with the ability to execute training where required

principal operations engineer essential skills- experience with monitoring tools such as perl, grafana- utilisation of agile processes and tolls including jira, confluence and git- ability to review and report on multiple generations of systems' performance- experience with linux, python, perl and or similar development tools.
