Overview
Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Patient Pathway Support Clerk to support the Antenatal Department. This is a patient-facing role requiring a caring and empathetic approach to deliver an effective and person-centred service. Closing date: 19 January 2026.
Main duties of the jobThe post requires an efficient, caring and proactive individual with an appreciation and understanding of the confidential nature of the work. Applicants should be able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, be excellent communicators with good telephone skills and have the ability to meet deadlines on a daily basis whilst maintaining a positive approach, and providing a quality service that supports our patient care.

Person Specification- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English Grade C or above
- Experience of working with IT software systems
- Higher Education
- Previous experience of working within the NHS
- Previous experience of working on a reception desk
