Position: Full-time, office-based

Salary: Dependent on experience

A well-established and respected law firm in Harrogate is seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join its busy and supportive Private Client team on a full-time, in-person basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with private client experience who is looking to develop their career within a high-quality and client-focused environment.

You will support fee earners across a broad range of private client matters, including:

• Assisting with the drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Supporting probate and estate administration files
• Preparing documentation and correspondence
• Liaising with clients in a professional and empathetic manner
• Dealing with third parties such as HMRC, the Land Registry and financial institutions
• Maintaining accurate case files and using case management systems
• General administrative support to the Private Client team

• Previous experience as a Private Client Paralegal or Legal Assistant
• Good understanding of Wills, Probate and Private Client procedures
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a busy, office-based environment
• Able to work well as part of a team and use initiative when required
• Strong IT skills, including experience with case management systems
