The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing and delivering high-quality electricity network infrastructure projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Projects would span all Energyline’s service areas (Design, Geotech, Cables, Site Services) or may be multi-disciplinary. The Project Manager plays a key role in driving business goals forward and meeting our client’s requirements through effective project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
The postholder must demonstrate the company values of Integrity, Teamwork and Professional Excellence.

Hours:
Full time, Permanent (37.5 hours a week).

The ideal candidate will have:
- Evidence of ongoing professional development - Essential
- Experience in the Electrical Transmission and Distribution sector - Essential
- Experience of managing high-value end-to-end projects - Essential
- Track record of delivering high quality projects on time, within scope and on budget - Essential
- Experience managing budgets, risk registers and stakeholder communications - Essential
- Experience working with project management software - Essential
- Strong project management skills, with experience delivering complex, high-value projects on time and within budget.
- Proficient in budget management, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Confident juggling multiple priorities and performing under pressure.
- Skilled in using project management software.
- Effective at facilitating meetings and navigating stakeholder dynamics.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical problem-solver with a proactive, reliable, and adaptable approach.
- Demonstrates professional integrity, confidentiality, and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience working with remote teams and within the utilities sector.
- Holds relevant project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile) and a degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
