We are looking for a Production Operative for a rapidly growing food manufacturing business, trading over multiple categories within the chilled & frozen fixtures supplying all major retailers.

In a relatively modest factory, we can produce up to 100,000 meals a week and we need reliable and committed individuals to join our diverse team!

Job Responsibilities

· Loading machines with raw ingredients

· Product assembly on the line

· Packing of finished products

· Quality checking at all stages of production

· Ensuring correct product labelling

· Working clean and tidy and in line with food hygiene standards

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

· Previous experience of working in a food manufacturing environment is an advantage, however no experience is necessary, all training will be provided

· Physically able to stand for long periods

· Able to maintain strong attention to detail whilst continuously quality checking products

· Looking for a long-term position

· Reliable and able to commit to the relevant shift pattern.

· Able to work at a continual fast pace to ensure daily production targets are met

· A positive and can-do attitude is a must within our team

· Demonstrate ability to work independently or as part of a team.

· Demonstrate strong communication skills. (Basic English language required)
