Kingdom Group is a key partner to Tesco Supermarkets, and we are looking for a Retail Security Officer to join our team.

On average 60 hours per week, covering Tuesday‑Sunday 14:00‑22:00

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
• Providing a visible deterrent within the store.
• Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Working as part of a team to fulfil customer requirements.
• Dealing with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner.

• Excellent communication & customer service skills.
• Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
• A valid SIA Licence.
