We are looking for an enthusiastic and keen individual to join our Legal firm, with an outstanding reputation for delivering excellent client care.

About the Role

Working as part of the Client Services Department, you will handle a varied workload of administration task, including but not limited to:

  • Filing and archiving.
  • Photocopying and scanning of post and other documents.
  • Collection of DX mail from local delivery point.
  • Franking of all outgoing mail, dealing with recorded deliveries.
  • Assisting 3 rd party IT company and copier companies with the firms IT system.
  • Responsible for stocktaking of stationery and ordering.

About You

  • You will be a self-starter and able to manage your own time to achieve the aims of the job.
  • Be able to work in a methodical manner.
  • Have strong inter-personal skills, literate, numerate with good attention to detail.
  • Be competent with MS Office packages and have understanding or interest in the use of Office machinery such as Photocopiers and Printers.
  • Have an interest in IT related matters and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and professional approach.
