Job Description
We are looking for a smart, proactive, hungry EA/PA who’s ready for a role with huge variety and room to grow!
You will be joining a successful, family-run property business with a close-knit team and a genuinely warm, hardworking culture. This is a full-on, hands‑on role supporting a very busy CEO, the wider office, and the family household.
This role is based 5 days a week in Harrow-on-the-Hill – Super easy commute if you’re based in Ealing, Acton, Maida Vale, Camden, Swiss Cottage, St John’s Wood, Finchley, King’s Cross or Ruislip.
Duties will include:
- Classic EA support: diary, inbox, travel, minutes
- Private PA duties: appointments, holidays, household staff, errands
- HR admin: onboarding/offboarding + working with external HR
- Office management: supplies, repairs, keeping everything running smoothly
The right candidate will have:
- Some PA/EA experience already under their belt
- Be a grafter who loves variety, ownership and pace
- Be friendly and hardworking
- Ideally available ASAP
