Permanent | Full-Time An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable main contractor with a strong pipeline of high-quality projects across London and the South East. You'll initially be working alongside an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor on a new build hotel project in Watford , valued at £17 million . This scheme will run for approximately a month before transitioning onto the company's next major project in Central London .

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Senior QS with cost planning, valuations, and procurement. Prepare and monitor subcontractor packages and payments. Support in producing accurate project forecasts and reports. Contribute to tender analysis and contract administration. Maintain strong working relationships with the project team and external stakeholders. Requirements:
Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Experience working for a main contractor or developer on new build projects. Strong numerical and communication skills. Enthusiastic and eager to progress within a dynamic commercial team. What's on
