The Role

• Manage all commercial aspects from procurement through to final account

• Prepare CVRs, valuations, and cost reports across multiple live projects

• Oversee subcontractor packages and payment approvals

• Liaise closely with project delivery teams to maintain cost control and programme alignment

• Contribute to tender reviews and pre-construction planning where needed

What they're looking for

• 5-10 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment

• Confident managing projects independently and reporting commercially to senior management

• Experience in residential, façade, or education projects is ideal

• Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and proactive approach

Package
•£85,000-£90,000 salary

• Bonus scheme taking total package to c.£110,000
