Adults Team Leader

£24,000 – £25,500 per annum / 35 hours per week (full-time) / Permanent

We are looking for a Team Leader who shares Community Conne

. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team of Support Workers and you’ll be instrumental in delivering our Together Conne

X service so that our clients receive the quality care, support, and opportunities they deserve.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our services
• Provide supervision, guidance and mentorship to your team to foster a positive and supportive work environment
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and create tailored care plans for our clients
• Design and implement engaging recreational and educational activities that cater to the unique needs and interests of our clients
• Maintain open communication with parents/guardians, offering regular updates on client progress and development
• Has 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in supporting autistic adults or children, people with mental health challenges, people with a learning disability, or people with behaviours that challenge
• Is a natural leader with excellent organisation, planning, and communication skills
• Is compassionate, patient and dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those they support
• Can to commute to Harrow and is committed to being an active and engaged member of our team
