The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our team of care professionals and care coordinators. You will ensure exceptional care standards, compliance with CQC regulations, and smooth day‑to‑day operations of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily delivery of high‑quality domiciliary care services.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise care staff to meet service demand.
  • Develop and maintain effective care plans, risk assessments, and records.
  • Monitor service quality through audits, feedback, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
  • Manage client enquiries, complaints, and follow‑ups professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, commissioners, and partner agencies.
  • Work with the company’s bookkeeping team for accurate invoicing and payroll.
  • Line‑manage staff and oversee training programs to achieve top‑quality care delivery.
Requirements
  • Registered with CQC as a Manager (RM or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in domiciliary care management.
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and care best practices.
  • Clear enhanced DBS check.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with Social Services and Local Authorities.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to own car.
  • Passionate about delivering person‑centred care.
