Citiguard Security (UK) Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced Telesales Agent to join our team located at the head office in Harrow, London.

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a drive for success.
