Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License
Previous experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) preferred
Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance requirements
Ability to lead, mentor, and support nursing staff while maintaining high standards of resident care
