Between 8am - 4pm

£90-£110 per day

Reception/Administration assistant role in Hartlepool
Reception/Administration assistant Daily rate: £90-£110 per day depending on experience

We are currently recruiting for a school administrator/receptionist to work in one of our schools in Northumberland.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include.

Managing all administration duties in the school admin office
Answering the telephone
Meet and greet visitors
Sign all visitors.
Providing Business Admin support to pupils, teachers and stakeholders
Answering the telephone
Speaking to parents when required regarding school updates

To be successful in this post you will need the following

Previous experience in a school admin office or reception is preferred but not essential.
knowledge of school systems including SIMMS & Bromcom
