Location: Hart

Syntech Recruitment is currently working with a long-standing client who is recruiting for a Technical Project Manager for their office in Yateley, Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have a background in Control Systems/PLC and be familiar with automation, SCADA, and HMI systems. Duties

and Responsibilities
  • Manage technical engineering projects, including programme management and planning to ensure tasks, timescales, and deliverables are met.
  • Control and oversee project budgets.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Lead and motivate a team of engineers to achieve optimal performance.
  • Conduct project review meetings and discussions with clients/end users to ensure adherence to project controls and that deliverables meet expectations.
  • Utilize support from the Project Management Office to ensure compliance with project lifecycle governance.
    • About You
  • Knowledge of engineering/control systems.
  • Understanding of PLC, SCADA, HMI drives, and instrumentation.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong written skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience in project planning.
