Project Manager (Defence Product) – Fleet/Camberley Area (Permanent)

Hybrid Role

SC Clearance (Or Eligible. No Sponsorship Available)

We re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Client s industry leading team near Fleet. You ll lead custom projects from conception to completion, working with cutting edge technology and building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

The Role

• Manage technical projects end-to-end, ensuring on time, on budget delivery
• Develop comprehensive project plans and maintain clear documentation
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to define requirements and specifications
• Oversee testing procedures and validate system performance
• Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues when appropriate
• Support system installations and provide training to support teams
• Lead project reviews and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement

What We re Looking For

• Proven experience managing complex technical or product development projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Customer-focused approach with results-driven mindset

Highly Desirable: Experience with defence projects and people management capabilities
