Location:

Hartlepool. Salary: £13.73 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay) + Enhancements. (8-10 hour stock count shifts + driving time paid + bonus).

• We are looking for a Retail Minibus Driver to add to our team.
• This role will oversee the transportation of a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within your region.
• Employment will be at different retail customer sites; travel will vary by shift. Certain locations may provide minibus transport.
• Follow correct processes when notifying your count team of pick-up points and timings for each shift.
• Escalate any vehicle issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Complete a team attendance sheet detailing the stock counters, attendance, and bus arrival times on site.
• On site, ensure stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
• Standing for prolonged periods is required; access equipment may be used to reach high stock.

• Role involves unsociable hours, early mornings or night shifts; minimum age 21.
• Full Driving Licence required.
• Cannot be deterred; able to work long shifts on large counts.
• Quick learner; technology changes may occur.
• Stock handling experience is an advantage but not necessary.
