Sales Advisor EE

At the EE stores in Aldershot, Fleet and Farnham we are connecting customers to our award winning 4G network, our advisors are dedicated specialists when it comes to mobile technology. Conveniently located in the heart of the town centre we aim to deliver an exceptional customer experience to the local community and beyond.

Salary: Full time starting salary of £18,500+ Uncapped Commission + Bonus incentives

(Average earnings combined are between £20,000 and £26,000)

Hours: Full and Part-Time hours are available

Job Role: You will provide expert advice to new and existing customers. You will be expected to recommend the best products and services to our customers based on their needs, wants and desires.

You will also help connect customers to our network, setting up their handsets and tablets in store and be on hand to help with service and usage queries.

As a sales advisor you will be given sales targets which you will strive to achieve by matching the right products or services to the customers you serve.

Desired Attributes:

• Outstanding and demonstrable customer service skills
• A good knowledge of communications technology
• Experience working within a retail, sales or service industry
• A genuine interest for engaging with people and helping them to choose the right products
• An interest in our products
