Days Support Worker – Fairlight – £13.11 ph. Typical shifts:

We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands‑on support workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker with us you’ll help people gain more independence in their daily lives while working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people.
Our residential service in Fairlight offers a welcoming and friendly environment. You’ll be teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging community access, socialising and engaging in activities such as lunch clubs, cinema, bowling, and more.
At Mountain Ash we value experience and values. We prefer support workers with a full UK driving licence, resilience, flexibility, composure, experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans, reflective practice and experience working with clients who have epilepsy or learning disabilities. The service is active, with varied activities throughout the week.
