We are looking for an energetic and dynamic person to join the E&B Systems Team. This is a permanent role within our development team. The role offers exposure to a wide variety of work and the chance to develop transferable skills. You will support and deliver technical digital solutions that address business problems and support major digital transformation initiatives. Your work will demonstrate how digital tools can help our regulatory work and support staff in their front‑line duties.

• Manage and lead technical development areas and solutions.

• Apply a flexible, self‑managed approach and work comfortably in dispersed project groups.

• Build strong partnerships with staff and stakeholders to deliver high quality outcomes.

• Contribute to cross‑cutting and high‑risk projects within digital and business activity areas.

• Achieves Results – Set high work standards, prioritise tasks and resources, and meet targets.
• Focuses on Efficiency, Innovation and Quality – Identify and implement new or improved methods and processes without compromising quality.
• Focuses on Customers and Partners – Build and sustain effective relationships with operational customers to understand issues and provide effective responses.

• Experience in digital product management or as an environment practitioner.
• Comfortable with tools such as Power Platform, SharePoint, DCP (Document Core Pack), Canvas Apps, Microsoft Access and application configuration.
• Strong technical skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate with customers and sustain partner relationships.
