Quality Stock Control Assistant

Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:30 - Friday 08:00-15:30

HRGO Recruitment is working for a leading clothing and equipment manufacturer as their next Quality Stock Control Assistant. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our client's Quality Control department. If you take pride in maintaining high standards and enjoy working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

• Monitoring and evaluating stock quality to meet company standards.
• Carrying out regular quality inspections and audits of inventory.
• Liaising with team members and other departments to resolve any quality issues.
• Updating spreadsheets and conducting stock checks accurately.
• Creating label artwork for clothing using Corel
  
  DRAW and checking product tags.
• Inspecting products arriving via containers or airfreight.
• Reporting any stock discrepancies and communicating with overseas suppliers.
• Being the first point of contact after goods-in checks.
• Working closely with the Clothing Production Department to maintain quality consistency.

• Previous experience in quality control or stock management (required)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Knowledge of SIRIUS match balls (preferred)
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
• Confident using Microsoft Office Suite and stock management systems
• 15-minute paid morning break
