Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

It is our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with flexible part‑time options starting at 12 hours.

• Serve customers and deliver excellent customer service throughout the store.
• Pack, pick, and replenish stock across the store, ensuring products are well displayed.
• Apply training to work safely, efficiently, and provide great customer service.
• Make appropriate decisions that benefit customers within store demands.

• Maintain product quality and handle goods with care.
• Accept deliveries into the store when required.
