** This exciting role covers both the Hastings Memorial Hospital and the Napier Health Centre, providing 24/7 security services.

** About you
** You are calm under pressure, proactive, and confident in handling situations independently. Your ability to connect with people and work collaboratively will set you apart.
* Experience in security or a related field (healthcare or mental health experience is an advantage)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Knowledge of or willingness to learn basic computer skills
* Medical and physical fitness suitable for the role
* Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Ability to obtain a Security Guard License (COA)
