Join a dynamic global transformation initiative, contributing to a large-scale, complex change program within a multinational organization.
Responsibilities- Provide essential administrative, coordination, and organizational support to ensure the efficient operation of a global change program.
- Maintain and update critical program documentation, including plans, logs, trackers, and reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Produce and meticulously manage Excel spreadsheets for action logs, RAID logs, schedules, and financial tracking.
- Prepare and format professional Word documents, presentations, and comprehensive meeting packs.
- Schedule and expertly coordinate meetings, workshops, and governance forums, ensuring seamless execution.
- Capture key actions, decisions, and risks from meetings, diligently ensuring follow-up and resolution.
- Translate high-level direction into clear, actionable task lists, driving project momentum.
- Track progress against actions, proactively chasing updates to maintain project timelines.
- Serve as a key point of contact between program team members, vendors, and stakeholders, fostering effective communication.
- Support the implementation of consistent ways of working across a diverse, multi-national program team.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with an unwavering attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with a proven track record of using trackers, logs, and structured documents.
- Clear and confident interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Quickly understand direction and proactively ask clarifying questions to ensure alignment.
- Skilled at transforming verbal or written requests into clear, structured, and actionable tasks.
- Comfortable operating effectively in a fast‑paced, complex program environment.
- Experience supporting project or program teams, ideally in PMO or administrative roles.
- Proactive, reliable, and demonstrates a consistent "can‑do" attitude.
- Methodical and well‑organized in approach to work.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and able to work independently while being a valuable part of a wider team.
- A competitive basic salary of £28k, with OTE taking your total package up to £32k in year one.
