What the role involves

* Working closely with US clients hiring within cloud technology and digital transformation

* Building strong relationships with hiring managers and understanding their requirements

* Sourcing, screening, and managing candidates end-to-end

* Writing adverts, interviewing candidates, and supporting live roles

* Learning to run your own desk and build a network within a high-fee US market

* Using modern recruitment tools, databases, and search platforms
