We’re looking for an Analytics Manager to lead a team driving network optimisation, resource planning, and strategic analytics across our UK operations. This is a high‑impact role where your insights will directly influence multi‑million‑pound decisions and shape the operational efficiency of our business.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead and inspire a team of analysts and planners, fostering growth, managing priorities, and driving accountability.
  • Own and optimise key processes and frameworks, ensuring consistency, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Design and implement cutting‑edge optimisation tools and techniques to drive efficiency and business impact.
  • Shape strategic priorities with managers, while empowering your team to define and execute specific analytics initiatives.
  • Act as a key stakeholder influencing multi‑million‑pound cost lines and decisions, translating analytics into actionable insights.
  • Enable cross‑site collaboration by embedding best practices and improving ways of working.
About you:
  • Proven experience in analytics, optimisation, or network planning, ideally within logistics, retail, or consultancy.
  • Strong expertise in data analysis and tooling (SQL essential; VBA, Python, R or similar desirable).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Logical, structured, and proactive problem‑solver with attention to operational and strategic detail.
  • Experience designing and improving processes and frameworks, balancing operational delivery with strategic objectives.
  • Hybrid working – 2 days onsite in Hatfield + flexible remote options.
  • High‑impact role influencing operations at scale.
  • Opportunity to lead, shape, and develop a growing analytics team.
  • Collaborative and supportive work environment.

Join us to shape the future of logistics through data‑driven decision‑making, process design, and network optimisation.
