Life on the team:
We’re looking for a Practice Lead to take ownership of project delivery excellence and lead a team of Project Managers delivering Networking, Security, Data Centre, Cloud, and Applications projects. You will be responsible for ensuring we continue to deliver outstanding results to our client base.
- Lead and line manage a team of Project Managers, ensuring successful delivery of customer engagements.
- Take full commercial and contractual responsibility for project outcomes.
- Drive assurance, governance, and customer satisfaction across all engagements.
- Foster a high-performance culture through talent development, succession planning, and effective performance management.
- Manage team operations and financial performance to meet targets and improve productivity.
- Continuously evolve and innovate the Practice’s capabilities to align with business strategy.
- Support business growth by developing competitive, standardised, and market-relevant propositions.
- Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise across internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver programmes within contracted service accounts, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Recent experience leading the delivery of large-scale projects and programmes, ideally within a professional services organisation.
- Proven ability to deliver business growth.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing project and practice financials and governance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop individuals and teams.
- A passion for continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with sales, service delivery, and service development teams.
- Experience with Networking & Security, Data centre and/or Cloud & Applications technologies would be an advantage.
