Ellesmere Port, Chester, Runcorn, Widnes, Deeside Specialist recruiter Martin Anthony is working with successful client based in the Ellesmere Port are that is looking for an Environmental & Waste Advisor to advise in all aspects of HSE with a primary focus on waste and environmental management. You will be guiding teams on environmental compliance, waste management, and best practice. What Youll Do as Environmental & Waste Advisor:
Advise site teams on environmental compliance, waste management and health & safety matters Lead environmental programmes including waste minimisation and pollution prevention Ensure compliance with environmental permits and regulatory reporting Carry out environmental audits, inspections and risk assessments Maintain the site environmental aspects & impacts register Embed environmental considerations into daily operational activities Support incident investigations and root cause analysis Build strong relationships with waste contractors to ensure compliant, cost-effective solutions Liaise with EA and HSE where required Work with Procurement and suppliers on waste contracts Produce clear environmental and HSE performance reports What Youll Bring:
Background in waste management, environmental compliance or HSE Understanding of Environmental Permits and ISO 14001 WAMITAB / CIWM or similar certification highly desirable

Experience with ISO 45001 is desirable but not essential, full training and support provided Why Join This Company?
