• Oversee financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
• Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to align with company goals.
• Analyse financial data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline financial operations.
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team.

• Strong background in accounting and finance, preferably within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
• Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in financial management systems and tools.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
