• Manage and optimise high-performing Meta Ads campaigns with strategic targeting and testing.
• Deliver insight‑rich performance reporting that connects ad spend to real revenue.
• Act as a strategic advisor across 8–10 client accounts, translating goals into winning campaigns.
• Identify growth opportunities through cross-service upsells and data-led analysis.
• Contribute to workflow improvements, tooling decisions, and internal playbook development.

• 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver against performance KPIs.
• Skilled in performance analysis, bid strategies, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with smaller paid social budgets (£1k - £40k/month).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
