We’re expanding our successful Fulfilment Team in central Havant and are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant with proven sales and customer facing experience to join us. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You’ll be engaging daily with our temporary workforce and valued clients, both in the office and on site.

• Advertising and marketing vacancies to attract top talent
• Registering and supporting candidates throughout their journey with us
• Coordinating and inducting workers on site
• Building lasting relationships with clients to ensure outstanding service delivery
• Driving new business development from lead generation to client partnerships

• £25,500 basic salary + commission structure

• Previous sales experience and a natural drive to achieve targets
• Strong communication skills with confidence dealing with people face to face
• A customer-first mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence and access to transport (essential for site visits)
