Senior Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Contractor

RMJ Construction & Development, Inc., one of the UK’s leading construction groups with a turnover of over £1bn, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing commercial team. The successful candidate will work on major design and build projects ranging from £50m to £500m+ and will initially be involved in new build expansion works to an existing public sector building valued at £300m.

As a Tier 1 contractor we operate across education, defence, custodial, commercial and leisure sectors, handling some of the region’s most prestigious projects and maintaining a full order book up to 2028. We partner on frameworks including MOD and the Department for Education, giving you the chance to contribute to a £4bn pipeline over the next five years.

• Basic salary £85,000 – £90,000 (DOE)

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from £20m+.
