Senior Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Contractor

Senior Quantity Surveyor - a Top 10 contractor is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on major design and build projects ranging from 50m to 500m+.

The initial project consists of new build expansion works to an exsisting public sector building ( 300m).

They are also partners on several frameworks including MOD, Department for Education (DfE) and as such have a pipeline of 4bn over the next 5 years and a full order book for into 2028.

Salary & Package:
- Great basic salary of 85,000 - 90,000 (DOE)
- Company car or allowance ( 6,000)

Requirements:
- Experience managing sub-contractor variations
- Experience working with a building contractor
- Experience dealing with final accounts
- Industry related qualification

Key Duties:
- Procurement and managing sub-contract packages
- Dealing with variations and valuations
- Input during pre-construction stage
- Production of CVRs

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from 20m+.
