As a Maintenance Engineer you will perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure continuous operation across the site.
Responsibilities include:
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance of chemical process manufacturing equipment.
* Repair equipment and respond to breakdowns.
* Carry out mechanical fault finding and testing.
* Carry out assessments on the safety equipment.
Ideal candidates will have:
Previous experience working in chemical or Pharmaceutical manufacturing as a Maintenance Engineer.
Experience in some/ all of the following is highly desirable:
Centrifugal pumps and high-pressure vessels, distillation equipment, motors, separation equipment and mechanical seals.
Ideal candidates will have experience in using tool craft equipment including grinding and welding tools.
Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings like electric plans and building plans along with a working knowledge of AutoCAD is desirable.
This is a day only role, Monday – Friday.
