The Role:

We’re on the lookout for motivated Production Operatives to join our fast-paced team. Based on the factory floor, you’ll be hands-on in preparing, assembling, and packaging food products that meet the highest standards in safety, quality, and efficiency. This is a great opportunity to kickstart or continue your career in food manufacturing with a company that values teamwork, growth, and wellbeing.

Morning Shift Hours

• Monday - Thursday / 07:00 - 15:00
• Friday / 06:00 - 14:00

Pay: £12.33 an hour

• Manufacture and pack food products in line with company standards
• Follow strict hygiene, safety, and quality procedures
• Keep work areas clean and organised throughout the shift ("Clean As You Go")
• Operate machinery where trained and required
• Complete documentation accurately and on time
• Support daily targets while maintaining product quality
• Flag and report any issues, defects, or safety concerns
• Assist with product changeovers and basic machine setup
• Maintain full traceability through correct labelling and recording

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced factory environment
• Good understanding of equipment and production goals
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Eagerness to learn and work professionally across departments
