Sales & Lettings Negotiator

A successful and growing estate agency in the Haverhill area is looking for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their high-performing team.

In this dual-role position, you’ll be responsible for driving both sales and lettings success, building relationships with clients and applicants, and working as part of a supportive, ambitious team.

As a Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you will be offered:

• Basic Salary circa £25,000 DOE
• Realistic OTE: £40,000+

As a Sales & Lettings Negotiator, your duties will be:

• Registering and managing applicant enquiries
• Conducting viewings and securing offers/applications
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Achieving monthly sales and lettings targets
• Delivering a 5-star customer experience from start to finish

To be considered for the Sales & Lettings role, you must have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, persuasive, and target-driven
• Ideally experience within Estate Agency (Either Sales or Lettings)
• Highly organised, proactive, and a great team player
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are a must
